The best thing about this property is the big common terrace where guests can enjoy their morning tea / coffee or evening drinks. This terrace overlooks vast grape fields. If the weather is good (not too sunny, not too windy, not too rainy), as we fortunately had, the terrace is absolutely enjoyable. 2. There is a large common kitchen where you can prepare your meals. 3. Marika is a wonderful incharge for this property. She took time to stay till our arrival and explained us the facilities in details.

Absolutely beautiful location! The houses are on the hill overlooking the valley, away from the main road. The place is very peaceful and relaxed. The houses are beautifully designed and everything is well thought through. The stuff puts a lot attention into details and do maximum to make your stay pleasant. Such a unique place! Highly recommend!

This is a tidy, cozy and lovely place to stay! Our hosts are so hospitable and they made us feel like home. We also ordered dinner with them and they made Georgian grilled meat for us in their living room and the food was amazing! It's within walking distance to the old town and we love walking around to explore the area. The hosts also gave an awesome vineyard recommendation which we really enjoyed. We'd definitely come back again and taste the host's homemade wine!

We absolutely loved our stay! The room was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. We would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The staff was very polite, kind and friendly. All additional requests was made by the staff. It was very pleasant to be in such a place where you so friendly people are cared about you. We like swimming pool. Even the water was a bit cold, but we do like to swim in it. The food was delicious. My daughter ate pork mtsvadi and she like it. The wine that are made with traditional recipes tastes so good that even if you don't like wine you will drink it and will remember through all of your life. Thank you very much.

The cottage was incredibly clean, very well maintained and comfortable and the hosts were lovely and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay there and would love to cone back again
