It Is very Well located, within a short walking distance from Liberty Square and the famous leaning clock tower. Service was amazing, very personalised, and the breakfast spread was excellent. We had the Family room and it was perfect.

The staff was very attentive and professional. They have a personal touch to how they engage with and care for their guests. I liked the style and decor of the rooms, reception and restaurant areas. It is in a central location, on a fairly quiet street, which is rare. Doesnt seem to accommodate too many guests, so it feels like an intimate hotel. It is very clean, well lit, and the air conditioning system works great.
