My stay was absolutely amazing! The panoramic view from the room was breathtaking, and the hot breakfast served right to my room every morning was a perfect way to start the day. The service was truly outstanding — every staff member was so kind, welcoming, and always had a smile on their face. They were always ready to help with anything I needed. Room service was also fantastic — I highly recommend trying the chicken tagliatelle, it was delicious! Overall, it’s a solid 10/10 experience, and I honestly can’t wait to come back soon!

It is an exceptional Resort! The location is breath taking, the staff is polite, kind and funny, everything is spotless clean, and the food in the Restaurant, oh God, just amazing. I can only recommend to everyone this place!

Absolutely awesome experience! In particular: - Breakfast was always perfect and different every time (pastries and fresh orange juice were especially good) - room cleaning services 👍 - huge terrace - toiletries were really nice - friendly staff - cafe at the beach ❤️ Beach was clean and protected from high waves. Overall location is super nice not far from famos Balos and Falasarna beaches and 50 minutes from Chania

Amazing hotel in every way! We got a free upgrade and ended up spengind the week in a huge suite. Such a lovely surprise! The hotel is modern, almost new, well kept and nicely designed. The breakfast is a la carte, but you can choose what you want and as much as you want. Had a great holiday here in every way!

Everything was perfect! We will definitely come back next summer! We stayed at the resort (room 104), and everything is new, modernly built, with high-quality materials. We even had a small private pool, a terrace, and the room was quite spacious. The cleaning is done every day without you having to ask. The breakfast was very good and varied from day to day. The hotel’s private beach and the sea were exceptional! The sand was fine, and the sea was not too deep, perfect for families with children. The staff was very helpful but discreet at the same time. Next to the resort, there is a very nice taverna. Overall, a successful stay!
