To start with, the location and the facility itself is beautiful. Every room is built in a way that it can somehow face the sea. Gardens are amazing. When it comes to the room itself, all of the details are well thought of. Pots, pans, new and clean, oil, salt/pepper, everything available if you want to be stay in and cook. Room is very well sized, beautifully designed. Staff is more than helpful, always smiley. I can only say praises about Iris Studios, hopefully I will be back again.

It was an amazing experience overall. The staff were kind and helpful and they welcomed us with welcoming drinks that we could enjoy in our terrace. The rooms were quite big and well decorated. The breakfast was so delicious and fresh. It is in a nice neighbourhood that you can enjoy an old Greek town. It is very close to a nice beach that you can find an amazing sea and delicious food.

Lilia was an outstanding host, attentive and always there to respond! The apartment was absolutely spotless, beautifully decorated and with great views from the balcony. The owners, who run the place with great passion, were extremely welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making us feel at home from the very first moment. The pool is immaculate and the room very beautiful; the photos online already give an idea of the quality, but the reality far exceeds expectations. Everything is maintained with great care and dedication. I would like to make a special mention of the breakfast: it wasn’t included in our booking, but one day we decided to try it and it was a delightful surprise. Local, handmade products, jams and pastries prepared especially for us, a dish cooked on the spot – a true 5-star hotel breakfast that made us feel really pampered. This is a place where you can feel the passion of those who owns it, and it makes you want to return to Chios to enjoy this hospitality again. So highly recommended!
