We stayed at Fenix Apartment during a difficult moment: we arrived in Thessaloniki, but the rental car company we had booked with didn’t give us the car – we were completely stranded. Luckily, Yanis, turned out to be an amazing person. He went out of his way to help us find another car rental company and showed incredible kindness and support when we needed it most. We’re so grateful! The apartment is in a great location, well-connected and convenient for exploring Kassandra. The rooms are spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Huge thanks to Yanis for his warmth and helpfulness. Highly recommended – we’d come back in a heartbeat!

The design concept of the hotel is really nice. We haven’t left the property once as there’s everything you need for a nice vacation. The breakfast was hands down the best we’ve had in a hotel so far. We had a special request from the staff and everyone went above and beyond to accommodate us.

The location was perfect, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I truly felt taken care of throughout my stay. I highly recommend Alpha Luxury Suites to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding service. We will definitely return on my next visit!
