Location of the studios is just perfect! It is located in the beautiful area next to the sea, with trees and vegetation offering shade. There is also bicycle track along the way. Shops and restaurants are everywhere around so you can choose among many options. Studios are short walk to all you need to see in Kos city and still in the more quiet area. Our flight was delayed therefore we arrived at the studios around 2am but owner made it very easy for us to pick up the keys. Lady Marina welcomed us next morning and she was so wonderful, gave us many usefull info about the island, where to go, places to visit, great restaurants etc. Don’t trust google, she knows best tips and tricks 😉 The room was spacious, clean and had everything you need during your stay.

I loved how close the apartment was to the city centre and it was a short walk to the beach. It was very clean and well equipped! We also received a complimentary bottle of water, coke, wine and coffee which was very much appreciated. The staff were very helpful and the apartment was cleaned every day. Our bed was also made which was nice.

We satisfied very high. There there is free parking for cars. Rooms are super renovated and very clean. The gym was unbelievable. It was outdoor gym. There is sunbed for every room and it is very close to the beach. The beach is very clean. She is unbelievable stuff is very helpful. The food was very delicious. Breakfast is very nice and fresh. We stayed for our second honeymoon and highly recommend.

Very nice place to stay nearby the Kos airport. Dionysia was very approachable and communication with her was fluent and easy. The check-in was simple and quick. The flat is very comfy and clean. The terrace at the front of the house is fantastic to have dinner. The bedroom is well sized and comfortable. The bathroom sparkling clean. The kitchen is handy for quick meals. It is a great place to stay for an early morning flight or for a longer stay if you don't mind to drive 10min to the beach.

Clean and modern place, 30 seconds away from the beach (walking) and there are many markets and bakeries nearby...very close to Kos town. I have been to the finest hotels, but this one was truly amazing. A boutique hotel away from the noise of crowded, touristic all-inclusive hotels, where there is constantly a crowd of people around you. A boutique hotel with locals working, which made me happy to see the management supporting the local community and providing jobs. Everyone from the staff was speaking at least English and usually more than 2-3 languages. The cleanliness of the suite and the hotel in general was beyond any expectation, and the cleaning ladies were so friendly and attentive. The breakfast and the restaurants served high-quality food. The view from our suite was amazing. Picture this: we had a lovely evening on our huge balcony with a great view of the ocean while soaking in the private jacuzzi and enjoying the elegant dinner that room service brought straight from the restaurant downstairs. I mean, this is a picture I took from this vacation to bring back home with me!
