The property features sea and mountain views, and is 4 km from Cave of Revelation. Tess, the owner of the facility, was very kind and her hospitality is exceptional. She offered to drive me to where i wanted to go, by the check out time, since we had no car. We were so thankful to her. The place is very clean with a beautiful view at Grikos bay. You’ll enjoy the place! (I strongly recommend to rent a mini car or bike, since Grikos has no markets nearby. You have to go back to Scala, which is not much conviniently reachable from Grikos)

This aparthotel offers free private parking and free shuttle service. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, full-day security and luggage storage for guests. All was excellent, Nicolas brought us from the port to the hotel, and back. Not only he brought us back to the port but he also brought us to the moto rental the day after our arrival in Patmos and on the last day he prepared us a delicious breakfast. The location is perfect because the island is tiny and everything is easily reachable. The room is clean and tidied up every day. Gorgeous!

Patmos Aktis Resort & Spa also features a conference centre. Breakfast buffet selection was excellent! Location of the hotel with the private beach was a real treat! Rooms were spacious, quiet, beautifully furnished and clean, and we were upgraded to a suite with a private pool!! Absolutely wonderful!! Staff were friendly and attentive! The property is soundproof and is located 5.7 km from Cave of Revelation. Demati House was a wonderful surprise! Very comfortable (mattress and pillows included) and spacious, decorated in the local style, yet very modern in services and amenities (A/C, fans, laundry room, kitchen, etc), with 5* housekeeping & fresh towels every day. The veranda and the garden are also a wonderful place to spend the days and nights when not at the beach or dining out. Last but not least, i love the location, very close to the best beaches of the island, 10 minutes by car from the port and 15 minutes from Chora, avoiding all the crowds, yet staying close enough if you wish to join. And you can park your car just outside the house.
