What is not to like! The lovely hostess, Tess, picked us up from the Port at night which meant a lot and was extremely hospitable and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the million dollar view from our balcony, the compact but spacious enough and well equipped apartment, huge and comfortable bed, a couple of satellite TV channels, daily cleaning, car parking space, location. Grikos too is a great place to base oneself as it has one of the most beautiful bays in the world (true), just a few traditional tavernas with great and authentic food, is quiet and peaceful and yet 5 minutes from almost anywhere. Don't miss Captain Manos.

The apartment is very beautiful and cozy. We had a very pleasant stay there, everything is a few minutes drive from the house. Alexandros was available to us for anything we needed and was fair to us who wanted to shorten our stay by a day due to the flight. It was very clean.

We had a truly heartwarming stay at this family-run guesthouse in Patmos. The place is operated by a local Patmian family, and their warmth and genuine hospitality made all the difference — they were always helpful and easy to communicate with. The houses have a nostalgic charm that reminded us of our grandparents’ summer homes in the countryside — especially for those born in the 80s or earlier in Turkiye, the decor will feel both familiar and comforting. With high wooden ceilings, simple yet tasteful furnishings, and no unnecessary electronics (though the Wi-Fi is reliable and fast), the space is airy and peaceful. Staying here truly felt like being at home. If we return to Patmos — which we hope we do — we will definitely stay here again, and would gladly recommend it to friends who appreciate this kind of authentic, soul-soothing atmosphere.

Very kind stuff communicating early and frequently. Delicious welcome gestures and very kind gestures in between. We were here 2 years ago. The house was upgraded to its best: more spacious bedroom and beutiful natural dlarchitecture and decorations. This was designed and built with love. The terrace is awesome for an evening chill-out with sea view and sea sound. Very quiet sorroundings. The sea is 2 minites ealking fistance away. Excellent seaside taverna there.
