Our week at Katamaran Hotel & Resort Lombok was wonderful from the start. When we arrived, some renovations were happening, and the team immediately offered to move us to a beautiful oceanfront room away from the work area, a gesture we truly appreciated. Every staff member we met was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, making our stay feel easy and comfortable. And then we met Nauval. His kindness, attention to detail, and heartfelt service made such an impact on our experience. He is the kind of person who elevates an entire resort simply by being who he is. Truly, every hotel should be so lucky to have a Nauval on their team. The property itself is lovely, peaceful, well-kept, and perfect for a relaxing getaway... but it’s the people who turn a stay into something truly memorable. We left grateful, refreshed, and already made plans to stay at the Katamaran Hotel & Resort Komodo next, excited to visit the Komodo dragons and looking forward to another wonderful experience. Offering a swimming pool with a sun terrace and lush gardens, Origin Lombok is set in Kuta Lombok. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant or relax at the spa. An unforgettable experience. I’ve travelled a lot, but I’ve never been welcomed so warmly or taken care of so well. Thank you to Roni and the entire team for an amazing stay. I’ll definitely be back. The accommodation itself is perfect: clean, comfortable and absolutely flawless. Whenever I needed something, I was helped immediately. See you again soon. I’m already looking forward to it.

Located in North Lombok, Jeeva Klui Resort is set in a spacious tropical garden on Klui Beach, overlooking the Indian Ocean and the island of Bali. You get what you pay for. Expensive but very nice place with great service
