He even provided a room for our driver since we arrived much later than expected due to the long line of vehicles waiting to get on the ferry from Parapat to Samosir. We really appreciated everything he did for us.

This is juste the perfect place ! At the end of the village, so more quiet, front of the gorgeous river. My bungalow was huge and very charming. But most of all Tia welcome you in the best way. She's very kind and gives very good advices, so you can trust her to organise a treck in the forest. I did it and it was a magic moment ( and physical ! ). I love Bukit Lawang, it's a very beautiful place and you can trust me : go to Rambai Tree Jungle lodge you will love it !

Phenomenal hosts who went over and above to make sure everyone was looked after and had the best time ever in padang. The place is beautiful and quiet. The staff is amazing, very helpful. They also offer trekkings to the jungle. I did a 3-day trekking. It was the best. We saw orang-utans, had delicious food and the guides were very knowledgeable.

We had a fantastic time with Sumatra Orangutan Trek. Everything was well organized from start to finish. The jungle trek was unforgettable. We saw several orangutans, gibbons, and other monkeys. The guides were knowledgeable and clearly passionate about the environment, always respectful of the wildlife. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel at home right away. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. A perfect way to experience the jungle in a responsible and memorable way.
