The location of the hotel was excellent. Right in the heart of the Christian Quarter, you can easily reach the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, the Western Wall, and Al-Aqsa Mosque within a 10-minute walk. It is also very close to shops, restaurants, money exchangers, and a taxi stand. The room was spacious. The free breakfast was superb. I had it every single day I was there, and there was a daily serving of eggs prepared in more than one way, accompanied by a wide variety of cheeses, olives, and sometimes even falafel. What stood out to me personally was the staff. They were extraordinarily helpful and welcoming and can easily enter your heart. Mariah, Nasser, and Ayad were kind and courteous, and I simply can't look back to this trip without thinking about them. One member of staff was Mr. Jamal. He truly went above and beyond in making sure my stay in Jerusalem was warm and comfortable. He possesses an intimate knowledge not just of the Holy City, but also of the surrounding towns and cities. Jamal is the star of the show here, and he also offers guided tours. He would not hesitate to share his knowledge and assistance with you. If I were to go back to Jerusalem, I would book at the Gloria Hotel any day of the week. اخوكم عبدالعزيز من العراق

Very attractive, conveniently located, immaculate. Mike is immediately responsive. And easy free parking! Something we have not found in our numerous other stays in Jerusalem.

We stayed at the Templer Inn for five days in June. There are only four rooms, really small apartments, in this Inn. The rooms were immaculate, with modern bathrooms and well appointed kitchenettes. Alon and Reveah, our hosts were wonderful, pointing out local attractions and helping us out with transportation details. They served a lovely Israeli breakfast in the courtyard each morning and graciously accommodated my vegan preferences. They really went out of their way to help with anything we needed, including cleaning my white pants after I had sat on something, well, colorful. The Inn is a historic building in the German quarter and Alon proudly showed off all its history, as it has been in his family for generations. Walking distance to restaurants, bus stops and local shops.
