Very pleased with this newly-opened business hotel. It was a great location for getting around central Bangalore, 15 mins to Indiranagar. Staff were very helpful and professional, room was really clean and practical. If you're looking for somewhere polished and professional, this hotel is a good bet.

Close to the beach (2min walk), quiet, clean, the best staff ever, restaurants within an arms reach - what else would you need? If I could give it a 100 stars - I would! This is honestly the best hostel stay I’ve probably had ever. I couldnt have asked for anything more. The three guys who manage it are the best hospitable trio you can think of. Leaving you heartbroken to leave but just enough to wanting to immediately come back! Gokarna is a beautiful place that seems not to have been taken over by the masses (and hopefully it stays so) and this stay in Gokarna is the perfect place to rest and stay at! Definitely a recommend if you’re a peaceful solo traveler looking for a tranquility, a couple looking for a getaway or a family looking for a beach stay (they can accomodate all three)

Everything was perfect! I stayed there for 10 days. The place is clean, the room is lovely, and the small kitchen is very convenient. As a backpacker, having access to both a washing machine and a dryer was amazing, a real luxury 😅 The neighborhood is calm and peaceful. I loved doing my yoga every morning on the rooftop and watching the flying bats in the evening. The staff are super kind and helpful 🙏 It’s also right next to Ranga Shankara Theatre, so if you enjoy evening performances, the location is ideal. If I come back to Bangalore, I will definitely stay at OBS again.

I had a wonderful stay at Niyati Home Stay. The father and his two sons were incredibly hospitable, and I felt very well taken care of. The room had everything I needed, including a hot shower. The property itself is a beautifully maintained garden where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere in the mornings and evenings. I’d also like to point out that you should definitely follow the hosts’ recommendation and have breakfast at the place across the street — it was absolutely delicious! I want to express my heartfelt thanks to the family as well. I had the problem that no ATM in Gokarna accepted my debit card, and the two sons supported me so kindly in finding a way to get cash. Thank you so much for your help! I would be very happy to return anytime.

Beautiful big new house, very friendly hosts, Mr. Ganesh picked me up with his car from train station and brought me to bus station for free, he bought me a medicine as a gift when I caught a cold. Nice design, comfortable, big bathroom with bathtub, strong AC, very clean and quiet. Nice green peaceful neighborhood, 10 minutes drive from city center.
