From the outside, the hotel looked old style and intimidating but once we are inside the hotel, we were awed at the latest technology used and friendliness and warm hospitality of the staff. Almost everything can be requested and or operated by an iPad and it was really fun and intriguing for my daughter who is learning pre-computer science at her school. Thank you for the impeccable turn down service - it made us feel like we had checked into the hotel twice. The hotel is just near by 1MG mall and we had so much fun walking inside the garden with a century year old Raintree, and quick walk to the mall. Also, I'd like to extend our appreciation to the reservation call center staff. He was so attentive. I requested twin bed and in the course of conversation, I casually mentioned that we were staying for a celebration for my daughter then he paused and asked for the occasion. It was very subtle but his servitude and attentiveness to the guest's need itself was a 5 star service. We were being indecisive as to which hotel to stay, but with just this conversation with the reservation staff made us cancel the other hotel we had intended to stay. And we are glad we did!
