It was warm and had a kitchen that was perfectly adequate to cook a meal. The bathroom was modern with a generously sized shower. There were two bathrobes as well as towels. It was quiet and with parking right outside. The house is up the hill from the harbour and it was a bit cold (snow everywhere) to walk to the hot pools on the shore so we took the car, but I would estimate a 10 min walk in summer.

He kindly allowed us to wash our car dirty from muddy roads which was very much appreciated.

Space utilization was good. Very nice comfortable clean bed and linens. Small kitchen but we found everything we need. Pots, pens, utensils, etc. My husband loved tea and coffee provided by the host. Views outside cabin 1 were nice, we could see the ocean from far. We loved our two night stay.
