The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel is in a great location. 10 mins walking distance from the station. The staff were super cordial and helpful. I had a very comfortable stay. Loved it ! Firstly, everything in the place matched the photos. Alps Lover is very comfortable and the sauna experience is great. The breakfast is a nice selection of different foods in a Swedish table style with local produce. That itself would be enough for a great rating. What made our experience exceptional was everything added on top of this. Alps Lover is run by a couple with three daughters and they made us feel at home. Made us a breakfast with great coffee even when we slept in and introduced us to a really good local grappa. We didn’t manage to have a car, so they brought us to and from dinner and even dropped us off in Trento on the last day. Overall this has been the best stay ever!

Comfortable Accommodations: Feichter Hotel & Living in Bolzano offers air-conditioned rooms with private bathrooms, city views, and modern amenities including free WiFi, work desks, and flat-screen... This hotel feels like home, clean and comfy. The staff at front desk gave us detailed introduction to bolzano city, including eating touring and transportation. They replied on booking APP and email promptly, provided all convinience like clothes drying and washing. Check-out time was fixed but the staff waited for us for one hour to help us checkout early, and gave us delicious lunch packs to go.

What a gem of a hotel! A warm, homely hotel which provides a great breakfast, and the 5 course evening meal is packed with flavour that you'd expect with 4**** dining, but with double the portion size! The room was great too. I hope to return one day.
