The location was great. 15 minute walk to town and 20 minutes to the station. Clean, comfortable and absolutely everything you could need in a home from home. Able to park the car close by with free on street parking. Local cafe and pizzaria only a couple of minutes away. There were timetables there for local buses into town and trains for Cinque Terre. Would certainly recommend it to anyone heading to La Spezia.

The apartment is a good size, but the bathroom is narrow and has a noisy door. Snacks and water were waiting for us in the kitchen. Free parking nearby.

Room is modern, super clean, very comfortable. fridge, kettle, water and juice and some tea and coffee provided. Daily room cleans. great location to explore La Spezia and Cinque Terre (10 mins walk to ferry and bus stop right outside). also very close to a free parking lot. very friendly staff with good recommendations.

Very central, you enter the oldtown pedestrian area, heading to marina, straight from the hotel. Clean and cool room, the family room has separate room for kids with their own TV. Complimentary water upon arrival. Free parking lots in front of the hotel.
