We stayed 3 nights at Osvaldo after visiting Salina. Il buongiorno si vede dal mattino we say in Italy. You judge the day by the way it started. In the case of Casa Cielo e Mare, it was totally the case! Before arriving to Lipari, Osvaldo texted us he would have come for us to pick us up with the car and get us to the place. Once up on the hill, we were welcomed by a literally stunning view, Rio de Janeiro style, overlooking both Marina Lunga and Marina Corta, the Castle, Monte Rosa and Monte Gallina… absolutely breathtaking! While looking after the administrative tasks (registering our IDs), he gave us a complete hands on guide on what to do on the island and which means of transportation to choose (mainly scooter or car), places that are worth a visit and several logistic tips… many! Food: continental breakfast with various options to choose from. Worth a mention the eggs Simona prepares… d-e-l-i-c-i-u-o-s. Accomodation: clean and simple. Highlights: to go back to the B&B up on the steep hill, most guests will prefer either to call Osvaldo, who will come for you for a symbolic price, or to rent a car. Do not attempt to the steep hill on a scooter if you are not an expert driver! Please, be serious about it, walk instead, it’ll be good for you especially if you are out of shape :) Tigro and Pierino, the two cats of the house, are the kings of the place. Perftect apartment in dest location with nice roof balcony. Great hospitality by Marco whiw came to take the 2 min. Walk from the port insist on carrying our bags, gave us good advices for traveling and was availabke for enything we need. Highly recomended❣️

The apartment was very comfortable and very nicely decorated. It had everything you could need for your stay. Francesco was very helpful and friendly. He was contactable at all times with any questions. Casa Norma is right beside a beautiful beach in Canneto. The bus stop is right outside the door which takes you in a few minutes into lovely Lipari. There is a pharmacy and supermarkets very near to Casa Norma. We loved our stay here 😍

Very friendly host. She even drove us to the restaurant the Pirata which we high recommend. Excellent location quiet yet close to all amenities and walking distance to ferry port even with luggage. Great views from the amazing porch which is a great place to chill.

Everything! The scenery was magnificent, we have the best view on the islands in the garden and we get to enjoy our breakfast there too. Amazing! The breakfast was also really good ; everything you would need and of good quality. The staff could not have been more perfect. We felt safe, cared for with warmth and availability. Really, thanks again to everyone we encountered there! The walk down the main area is not that long and safe. You can also rent cars/scooter or take taxis pretty easily. Would 100% recommend to take a day trip to the surrounding island (including Stromboli). It was a great value for money and a great addition to our stay!
