Learning how to enter and exit the facility was easy and modern. It made the place feel safer. The living room/dining room/common area was comfortable and beautiful with much information to learn more about Parma. The bed was very comfortable. Despite access closures on one side of the train station and having to go the long way around, it’s still very close to the train station. The owner is delightful. The morning breakfast is great. I even like the details of the decor and plants surrounding the freight elevator. Eco-friendly and aesthetic, affordable… it provided me very good value for my short stay in Parma.

Airleen was very helpful as we checked in late at night ,and permitted us access to the room before doing the paperwork which was done the morning The rooms where 5 🌟 stars

Beautiful modernized stone farmhouse. The suite was huge and beautifully designed. The dinner at the on-site restaurant was delicious...one of the best of our trip. Our host was friendly and helpful.
