The apartment was big, clean, comfortable, and had all the mod cons. It was really quiet in the building. Breakfast was a very good buffet and served right outside our room. Location was literally just around the corner from the train station and just 15 minutes walk from the central old town area. There was plenty of lighting and plenty of electrical outlets in the room, which you don't always get. It was also nice having keypad entry into the building and room so as not to have to fiddle with keys. There were a lot of pizza parlors and other restaurants nearby.

I felt like a princess! A beautiful, spacious apartment right next to the Duomo in Parma! The staff took care of us, answered all of our questions right away, and made us feel very welcomed. The apartment was not just perfect, it was HUGE! The receptionist was super kind, helped us with the car (there is a parking space next to the room and they helped us deal with the ztl). Everything was amazing!

We were hiking the Via Francigena and wanted a place close to the trail; mission accomplished! This property is in the process of being converted (practically done) by the owner's son into a very nice place to stay. The son's father was a world-class bicyclist and they are decorating using his many trophies, gear, etc. Very nice. We really liked our room. Our bathroom was close by down the hall but was just for our use, not shared. Our hosts were exceptionally nice and accommodating, especially towards our lack Italian language skills. The restaurant was especially good, the food expertly prepared and delicious. Breakfast was also very good. The price we paid was very reasonable. We rate this property very highly.
