I stayed for five nights and was very satisfied with the accommodation. Overall, my experience was excellent, which is quite rare. From the beginning, communication and instructions were clear, and all arrangements were handled online. Even the city tax was collected through an online payment, which is not always the case. I appreciate the convenience of online check-in, payments, and related processes. Regarding the accommodation itself, it was located in the Old Town (city center), near the Royal Palace, on a pleasant street with easy access to trams and buses. Entry to the building and the room was via a keypad code, which was very convenient, straightforward, and quick. The room was well equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, fan, air conditioning, towels, soap, shower gel, TV, and other essentials. I got 2 bottle of water each day for free. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room was very clean, with daily cleaning service. The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. Communication with the facility was conducted online via email and WhatsApp, which was very prompt. They responded immediately and resolved all requests and issues efficiently. On the day of my arrival (early morning), I was able to leave my luggage at the facility, and the room was prepared before the usual check-in time. Overall, they did an excellent job and exceeded my expectations.

Ubicado a 42 km de Borromean Islands y a 48 km de Golfclub Patriziale Ascona, Domus Residence tiene hospedaje en Domodossola. Extremely well located. The rooms/apartment unit are both excellent. I enjoyed the little details like the selection of fruits and beverages, which came very handy. All was perfectly clean and the staff was really nice (Ruth is incredible!)

Cuartos muy amplios y muy bonitos; modernos pero sin perder al estilo clásico del hotel y de la ciudad. ¡Gran desayuno! El personal de recepción fue muy atento y amable.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Loger Contort Residence & Apartments. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the room was huge, spotless! I will choose it again if I come back to Turin.
