The staff were friendly. We were able to leave luggage before check in and after check out. Close to the port and staff were able to give us lots of restaurant recommendations. We had an issue with water leaking in our bathroom and it was sorted within five minutes of calling. Lots of sun beds and hammocks to hang out on too.

The place was perfect, location excellent, easy to find. We got really good instructions by Whatsup before arrival. Safe parking behind closed gate. The host Anna was wonderful, spoke really good english, we had nice conversations. Our room was upgraded and had a balcony with splendid views across Bay of Naples. Anna also booked us a good restaurant by the sea, one we would never had found ourselves. On the day we left we got to keep the room later, since our flight was in the evening. We will definitely be back when in the area, next time with a longer period and a bit warmer time of year.

We loved that this was a small boutique hotel but the gardens and pool area were large and relaxing with a fabulous view of the mountain. And staying here felt very much like home with all management and staff providing exceptional and very friendly, helpful service. Our room was very clean with a wonderful view of the ocean, a great place to watch the sunset! Breakfast was very tasty with lots of options in a wonderful setting in the garden.
