M Club De Luxe B&B is set in a refurbished 15-th century building, located in the pedestrian-only shopping area of Ravenna. Everything from pre-stay communication to checking out was phenomenal. The owner, Michael, is amazing. The property is beautiful, and Ravenna is a wonderful city. We can’t wait to go there again.

The staff went out of their way to make everyone comfortable and to accommodate everyone. They were all so friendly and outgoing. Always smiling and positive. The breakfast was outstanding as well as the staff.

Situated in the historical centre of Lugo, the Hotel Ristorante Ala d'Oro was once the home of the noble Conti Rossi family, one of the most important aristocratic families in the town. Nice and cozy. Super kind personnel especially the guy the night I have arrived and the lady at the check out in the morning.
