The location is perfect, close to the best parts of Amman but also feels like you’re in more of a quiet neighbourhood. The bed was comfortable and the rooms exceptionally clean. I had a nice view of the city from my balcony. The breakfast was also good. All the staff are friendly and kind. The highlight was the spa, I booked a massage from Abdurrahman who was very skilled. Another time I used the spa facilities only and Hussam was very attentive and dedicated to making sure you are relaxed.

Overall, our experience at the W Amman was nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amman, you will be treated with genuine hospitality and enjoy every moment of your stay.
