The hotel is quiet even though it was a holiday, good music at the pool, the staff is excellent and always available and willing to help, especially Svetlana, the receptionist, Ahmed, the dining room manager, and the lifeguards Baha, Mohsen and Samir, all great. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, there are free soft drinks in the minibar, the food is very tasty, both at breakfast and in the evening, and the salads and fast food at the pool, all at reasonable prices. In short, we had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and all the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. I had an unforgettable experience at this hotel in Wadi Rum. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel at home from the very first moment. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of choices to suit every taste. The tent accommodation was luxurious and comfortable, blending perfectly with the desert surroundings. One of the highlights was the café in the cave — truly unique! I highly recommend trying the banana juice with milk; it was absolutely delicious. The excursions were equally memorable. Riding camels and exploring the desert by jeep gave me a deeper appreciation of the stunning landscapes. Every moment felt magical and authentic. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone visiting Wadi Rum to stay here. It’s not just a place to sleep — it’s an experience you’ll never forget.

Absolutely stunning property, design gives a nod to old Arab charm but with modern luxuries. Private beach is beautiful and located with unobstructed views of The Red Sea and Palestine. Wadie made sure we were taken care of with food and coffee. The service he provided was truly exceptional. Sadeel at the front desk was also amazing and ensured we were happy with our stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I brought a big group of 17 people, and everyone was absolutely happy. Everything was great - the place was clean, comfortable, and had a nice atmosphere. The hotel was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and aesthetically stunning. Every corner felt intentional. The staff were truly incredible — warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. They were easily one of the highlights of my stay and made the entire experience even more special. The location is also fantastic, with a beautiful view and plenty of lovely shops around.
