A new hotel located close to Irbid city centre. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast, which was included in the room rate, was excellent with a variety of food options to choose from. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Farah at reception was very helpful and always happy to assist with any questions as was Haroon in the restaurant.

I had an amazing stay at Hassan's apartment! Located in a peaceful neighborhood, it offers spacious rooms and a spotless bathroom with provided shower gel and shampoo. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. We had the privilege the stay in this lovely guest house - perfectly located in a tranquil area, within walking distance from the Gadara sight. It is a well-equiped, nicely decorated, charming small house with a beautiful garden overlooking the village and the hills around. The breakfast was also delicious. But no experience in Umm Qais is complete without Ahmad's highly professional guidance - he is well-known to be the best guide in the area, and there is a reason for his reputation. In a very reasonable arrangement, we have not only managed to learn the formal history of the area but also gained insights from someone who actually used to live in the site and later also participated in the preservation efforts. Our stay and the short morning tour with Ahmad in the site was truly a highlight of our entire trip in Jordan.
