A new hotel located close to Irbid city centre. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast, which was included in the room rate, was excellent with a variety of food options to choose from. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Farah at reception was very helpful and always happy to assist with any questions as was Haroon in the restaurant.

Spa Village at Hamat Gader - adults only is a boutique hotel at Hamat Gader, 10 minutes' drive from the Sea of Galilee. The on site spa offers thermal treatments and each room has a hot tub.

Amazing service, super clean, friendly and very tastily arranged. A lovely pool with hot springs and a very cosy territory with a lot of privacy. Excellent spa with very skillful masseuses - go to Ludmila, she's superb! Above all, the food is great. It's a dairy restaurant, and I honestly never thought how creative a dairy cuisine could be. The cook, Rasha, is simply the best. Also, the personnel, namely Swah at the reception, makes everything to make you feel at home - and local wine bottles are included on the room.

I had an amazing stay at Hassan's apartment! Located in a peaceful neighborhood, it offers spacious rooms and a spotless bathroom with provided shower gel and shampoo. We had the privilege the stay in this lovely guest house - perfectly located in a tranquil area, within walking distance from the Gadara sight. It is a well-equiped, nicely decorated, charming small house with a beautiful garden overlooking the village and the hills around. The breakfast was also delicious. But no experience in Umm Qais is complete without Ahmad's highly professional guidance - he is well-known to be the best guide in the area, and there is a reason for his reputation. In a very reasonable arrangement, we have not only managed to learn the formal history of the area but also gained insights from someone who actually used to live in the site and later also participated in the preservation efforts. Our stay and the short morning tour with Ahmad in the site was truly a highlight of our entire trip in Jordan.
