Always with a very sweet and friendly smile and very helpful, giving tips and suggestions of what can we visit and do during our stay. The breakfast is good and the hotel is centrally located.

Blue Stone Hotel is a gem of a place to stay. Right in the heart of old Madaba, a very short walk to everything. The room was super comfortable, the shower was hot, with modern fixtures throughout the room. But the best feature of this hotel is Omar the host, who cannot help you enough. He was so lovely, it really was like being cared for like family. Amazing!

Such a great experience! We arrived super late from the airport, and were given great instructions on how to check in. The room was clean, cozy, and we had an amazing sleep before heading out. The owner is so friendly and even recommended a great restaurant before we left. Thanks again!

The apartment is very beautiful, new, and clean. We felt like in a luxury hotel. Everything is tastefully furnished. We had a washing machine, coffee machine, soap and shower gel, fresh towels, air-conditioning in every room, and TV with Netflix. Everything was available for a relaxing, comfortable stay. It's near to the center also. The owner Maher was very kind and helpful to us, he took care about every single wishes. I can only recommend this place🌸❤

It takes me great pleasure to highly recommend Black Iris Hotel II ! We started and ended our 8-days stay in Jordan here and felt right at home. The hotel is located in a central area, close to the tourist attractions. It is a new, elegant, welcoming accommodation unit. Our room was spacious, well equipped, everything very clean, smelling fresh, with a splendid view of the city. Access to the upper floors by elevator. Breakfast with many options and specific dishes. You have the possibility to eat dinner for an extra fee, and likewise, the buffet offers various delicious dishes, specifically Jordanian. Last but not least, the whole team is absolutely fantastic. Special thanks to the two ladies at the reception, Safa and Diana, for arranging our reservations according to how we made our schedule, for all the advices and kindness.
