A wonderful hotel with outstanding service. Truly 10 out of 10. The hotel staff were always attentive and willing to help — they even went out of their way to find lactose-free ice cream for us :) They also assisted us with restaurant reservations, and thanks to them we were able to dine during crab season and try fresh crab, even though all restaurants were fully booked. Our room was exceptionally clean, very spacious, and beautifully designed. The beds were extremely comfortable, the tea selection was excellent, and the Japanese breakfast was delicious. The location is very convenient — we could easily walk to all the main places. The hotel also offers a free lounge with complimentary drinks and snacks, including juices, wine, and various appetizers. The selection was very generous and all of it was included in the price. In addition, the in-room minibar offered a wide variety of drinks and snacks, all included and replenished without limits. Highly recommended

Beautiful designed accommodation and ideal location as it is just across the river. We were able to walk to dinner in under 15mins each night Incredibly helpful staff who booked dinner reservations for us. We followed a recommendation for a local oden spot and it became a real highlight of the trip. We would love to visit again! Parking spot was convenient.

We adored our beautiful room with its incredibly warm and comfortable bed and the artisanal details in the furniture and room fittings. The bathroom was amazing! We ordered the breakfasts which were delicious - one morning a yummy (and beautiful) obento box delivered to the room and the next morning, a voucher for unassuming and incredibly delicious cafe in the nearby fish market. Probably one of the best meals we ate on the entire trip. The hotel position could not have been more ideal and the staff were so friendly, polite and helpful. Would HIGHLY recommend this hotel and will certainly try to return!

Our stay there was truly exceptional! Location is superb - very easy to walk to historic old town and stroll the streets. The owner and host takes very good care of the quests, he has lots of recommendations about sightseeing and restaurants if needed. Breakfast that they serve was based on their own farm outside the city and was really a delight. Room was very stylish and comfortable. Recommended stay!

가나자와에 자리한 Neon Hotel - Luxury Sleep Retreat -에서는 전용 욕실, 에어컨이 완비된 객실을 이용하실 수 있습니다. 숙소는 가나자와성에서 2km, 겐로쿠엔에서 2.4km 거리에 있습니다. The Neon Hotel is absolutely amazing. Look no further, book a room here! The hotel is new, modern, quiet and very clean. The pictures do not do justice to this beautiful boutique hotel. The beds were comfortable with soft sheets and comforter, and the towels were thick and fluffy. While daily cleaning was not provided, we were given enough towels to change them every day. We were also provided with yukatas, toothbrushes, soap, shampoo and laundry detergent. The rooms are very spacious, with a great kitchen and very large bathroom and shower room. Toilet is in a separate room. Front door and apartment access codes were handy, and parking (1,000Y/night) was available in a small reserved lot across the street. We loved the area, walking distance to the train station (yummy pastries and great food options), Onomichi market, the castle, gardens and various districts. This accommodation was a highlight of our stay in Kanazawa. I would rate it higher than a 10 if I could.
