The hotel is new and absolutely stunning. Its great to see a Hilton with a japanese style. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are coming for a concert as it is right by the k-arena. The room service was delicious.

We had a really comfortable stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The location is also perfect as it’s a walking distance from Shibuya station and some local restaurants nearby. There’s also a Don Quijote and cafe in the same building which was nice. Overall, I recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Shibuya.

Since the hotel is a bit out of the way, it is necessary to reserve a small shuttle down to the town center. The reservation system for the shuttle is difficult to navigate on a cell phone. I managed to book one spot instead of two for the trip to the station. The lovely lady at the front desk realized my mistake and notified the manager who personally drove us down to the station. Just Wow! We will be back!
