One of the best hostels I’ve stayed in, it’s everything I imagine a hostel would be. The common area was equipped with TV, switch 2 console, and a working area with computers. The kitchen was nice, had everything you need for prepping a meal including condiments. Fridge was huge and more than enough to store everyone’s foods. The bed, bathrooms and toilets were all spotless. The hosts also treated me like their friends and were very welcoming.

I loved my stay at Guesthouse Re-Spect, it is the perfect location from all the sites i wanted to visit, and quite close to a great sunset beach- sunayama beach. The facilities were great, laundry, drying area, common areas and the host Mr Masaki was extremely helpful! Made new friends in the dorm. And overall a delightful stay!

This place had everything for a perfect stay: quiet, peaceful location but still close to all the services, washing machine, dryer and a small kitchen in the room, everything was spotlessly clean and the staff was very friendly. It was also easy to check-in. Thank you very much and see you next time!

The house was clean and well prepared, there are comfortable beds. It is very close to the Maehama Beach which is wonderful. We also experienced lovely encounter with the family living in the house. Even though, there was a language barrier (Japanese/English), we managed to communicate smoothly and also got some amazing recommendations regarding the island. Highly recommended!

Renn san was super friendly, he provided valuable inputs for our snorkeling plans. I wish we stayed there 1-2 more nights to fully utilize his inputs! XD The facility has a great view of the night sky, if you happen to catch a good cloud-less weather while you are there, you would be able to enjoy a good view of the Milky Way!
