There is unlimited free serving of ice-cream and Yakult drink outside the resting area of onsen. Also serve free simple ramen for supper. The Family Room is separated into 2 rooms, each with own TV and air-con, and shared toilet. Free coffee machine and microwave are available beside hotel lobby. There are also washing machine and drier. Shoes are not allowed in hotel (similar to other onsen hotel) and is stored downstairs locker. Beppu Tokiwa shopping center is withing walking distance. Hotel staff is very friendly and able to converse in English.

The twin room with private bathroom option's consider cheap if you count for price per person. The room also quite big. Bed is so comfy.

The apartment was new, spacious, and quiet, and in a good location with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and stores. Very good value for the accommodation.

The meals were delicious and the service was impeccable. The accommodation is very beautiful and tranquil. The room itself came with a massage chair and private onsen. Amenities were sufficient.

Everything was nice cozy and very clean. The staff was welcoming and nice, the futon bed was comfortable, the onsen was nice and relaxing for the evening. Also they provide really good green tea in a room and a complimentary freshly brewed coffee in the morning which is a nice touch.☕ Thanks for the hospitality!

Plenty of space, multiple bedrooms, full sized kitchen and dining area. Very good price (mid June). Well lit, very clean. Walking distance to many places.

The person working there was extremely helpful, she ordered us a cab, and told us a lot of information about things close by as well as the room. Had a wonderful time using the two lovely private onsens in the room. Will definitely stay again

Free beer in the lobby and onsen eggs outside the entrance. The footbath on the roof is always awesome. The onsens are great (including the in-room onsen). The room itself is excellent. The staff is exceptional. It was our second time visiting this ryokan and as we were leaving, one of the staff members said she recognized us from last year because we were in the lobby drinking beer again, so that gave us a good laugh!

Self check in and it's very quickly and simple. The equipment and washing machine are very clean and well. It's very spacious！ The view of the terrace is refreshed and relaxed. The onsen is awesome！ The bath is big enough for 3 kids to stay in. Everything is fine to our family and we all enjoyed the stay in Terra villa.
