We had a large apartment with all modern facilities provided for 7 days. We were on the 10th floor with a wrap around balcony which gave us 280 degree views of the ocean, Kii Mountains and Shirahama town. The complex is very new so all accessories were in very good order. The bath for a Japanese facility was very large and thus used often. We chose this apartment complex because of it's location to the beach, supermarket and onsens. We especially enjoyed being able to cook for ourselves and everything necessary for that was provided.

They were so friendly, even gave me a gift 😊 If I ever find myself in Koyasan in the future I'd gladly choose to stay at this guest house again.

One of my best hostel stays during a 6 month solo tour. The hosts spoke perfect english and were so welcoming. I even left behind my phone charger and they were kind enough to mail it to my next location. They also drove me to the train station the following morning. No to mention the views from the house are spectacular. I really can't recommend this place enough.

Objekat 長徳寺宿坊 Temple Hotel, koji se nalazi u gradu Šingu, na 5 min. I came late through the check in time because I missed the train and the host was understanding with me. The room was big, could be for four people, but I was alone and had all the amenities and was comfy. Would recommend if you plan to stay in Shingu.

Objekat 民宿 和合 Minshuku WAGO, koji je smešten u gradu Tanabe, na 2 min. Ike was responsive to our questions before we arrived and helped us plan our next day's Kumano hiking itinerary based on the weather forecast. The dinner at Ike's minshuku was super tasty, we had a really good time eating and watching Ike make okonomiyaki (really good with lots of veggies which we missed in Japan). Definitely recommend getting the dinner/breakfast/lunch package, made our day after a long day's hike!
