An absolutely incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, our entire stay at Sre Lodge was amazing. We really don’t think the pictures do it justice. They stay is an experience in itself. The bungalows are such a unique idea, over looking the rice fields on your own private humongous balcony. Everyone that worked there did a fabulous job. They really went above and beyond! I needed to make a call to England and they quickly facilitated it. The free Cambodian style afternoon tea was a great extra.

Nice guesthouse in a house with a large outdoor area filled with trees. You can pick the mango whenever you want and there are hammocks everywhere. Cats and dogs and chicken roam in some areas. Rooms are well-equipped and furnished. Scooters and tuktuks available as it’s a bit far from center. Really nice family breakfast and food is great. Great and chill vibes overall.

Huge bathtub. I've traveled all over Cambodia in the last four years. I liked this place so much. That I've rebooked for Christmas. Oasis not far from Kampot town. The entire concept of sustainability An LGBT-friendly and safe environment Vegan and vegetarian options No plastic waste – enjoy free refills from the water barrel downstairs I had an absolutely fantastic stay. The guesthouse is vegan, vegetarian, and sustainable, making it perfect for those who are not just consumers but also care deeply about the environment, animals, sustainability, and local communities. The concept behind this guesthouse is both smart and meaningful. I truly enjoyed it and dined at their ground-floor restaurant for nearly all my meals; everything was incredibly delicious! They set up an account for meals, scooter rentals, and laundry, allowing you to pay by card (or cash) before checking out, which was extremely convenient. Located in a quiet, local area away from the bustling tourist and party zones, the guesthouse also features a fantastic rooftop viewpoint where you can order drinks and food from the kitchen below. It’s a great place to relax or practice yoga. My room boasted a spacious balcony, a writing desk, ample space for hanging and storing clothes, a fan, and air conditioning. Plus, the bathroom had refillable bottles of local organic shampoo and soap. Overall, it was an amazing experience. I also strongly suggest visiting Nibi Spa, which was mentioned on the guesthouse notice board. It features a sauna with a stunning view of the river. Additionally, swimming in the river was an absolute delight!

They helped me with getting tuk tuks giving me ideas what to do and organised an onwards ticket to get to the islands on an open ended return ticket. The place was super clean, the shower had hot water.

Seagull Guesthouse was a fantastic place to stay only a 10-minute walk along the river to the main shops. The staff were helpful, the breakfast (eggs or museli) was delicious, and the place was exceptionally clean. We were even able to rent a scooter from them. I would highly recommend staying here!

The slightly remote, back-water riverside location might not be for everyone, but was just perfect for me. I loved being able to go out kayaking whenever, or just relax around the facilities surrounded by greenery. The accommodation was spacious, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, in Asia (for my admittedly western tastes where I often find Asian beds are too hard for me). The food at the restaurant was excellent, and staff were very helpful at arranging day trips, and shuttle into town. It’s very easy and cheap to get a tuktuk back from Kampot city centre.
