A 5-minute walk from the crab market, the property is about 600 metres from Kep City and a 20-minute tuk tuk ride from the pier. Another 40-minute boat ride brings guests to Koh Thonsay (Rabbit Island). The hotel is well located and surrounded by nature. We found it very cosy and with a nice vibe - the swimming pool is great at all times of the day. The owner Lionel and the manager Marie are extremely kind and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. They offer laundry service at a fair price and also rental of scooters. Good breakfast.

Our kids absolutely loved it, and so did we! It was the perfect way to cool off and spend the afternoon. The staff were warm, helpful, and made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Kep. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing and social getaway!
