Fabulous rooftop infinity bar overlooking the city, Royal Palace and river. Lovely spacious clean and quiet rooms. Good breakfast and dinner menu and very helpful staff. The hotel is in a great location and would definitely recommend it.

Everything was perfect. We had two rooms and we are really satisfied. Really good value for money. Staff is very friendly. We were there for 3 nights. The swimming pool area was so nice. We sat there both days for some hours to relax. There is a refrigerator in the room where you can have some softdrinks/beer and enjoy at the pool area on the top of the building. Great view. Hotel is situated perfect in the city. You can walk or have a tuk tuk.There is not a restaurant in the hotel, we had breakfast and dinner at different restaurants. Phnom Penh is a fabulous city, nice people and food. I would be more than happy to recommend The Scenic Hotel.

Very good location and nicely designed rooms. Fast check in, I arrived earlier and get my room before check in-time. There is a big lounge space, perfect to sit down with your laptop for working. Breakfast is at rooftop restaurant with a spectacular view.
