Good Location. Nice and clean Hotel close to the Pub Street and city centres. It takes only 10mins by walking. The pool was nice we enjoyed it around 5:00 to 6:00 Pm and after that we had some dinner. At night we went to the City Center. Good WiFi!

Wonderful bed and pillows. The pool area was inviting, clean, lush and green. Service staff was very friendly and the vibe was natural, not forced. Arranging a tuk-tuk for seeing the temples was also as smooth as a baby's butt.

The best thing about the Elephant was the staff. They were so friendly and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed the welcome drink and fruit and the free afternoon tea. The restaurant was very well presented and all the meals we had there were excellent. There were always tuk tuks available to take us anywhere and reception would negotiate a price and the drivers would wait for us wherever we went and bring us back to the hotel. We were grateful to have guides and drivers arranged through the hotel. The service was the best we have ever experienced. We absolutely loved out stay at The Elephant.

Two Seasons Siem Reap Hotel in Siem Reap offers a 5-star experience with a rooftop swimming pool, spa facilities, sun terrace, and lush gardens. I have stayed here 3 times, I love this hotel! Amazing rooftop swimming pool on the 7th floor, the staff are excellent. I can't thank Andy and Kong kea enough for all there assistance with my stay. This hotel is close to the French Quarter, but they also have lots of Tuk Tuk's on standby to take you to wherever you want. Breakfast was amazing with choices of western, asian cuisines. It is a treat to stay at this hotel, I highly recommend this property!!!

Everyone from the fantastic hotel managers (the amazing May), to the best tour guide (Sompiseth which we couldn't recommend enough!!), the restaurant team or the drivers (Mr. Mai and Mr. Sypha) do their best effort to take care of you in every possible way and make your time in Cambodia unforgettable, and they manage to exceed all your expectations. We can't wait to come back!!
