Incredibly clean, nicely decorated hotel. The staff are very welcoming and kind. Room with a big bathroom was a gem. Very nice bedside light in the room was an asset. Hotel is a step away fro.m the bus terminal. Much recommended.

A bang for your buck. The hotel is walking distance from the train station and has loads of great restaurants closeby. The room and bathroom is clean and spacious. The ac remote is joint with the TV remote which took time to figure out. THe pentry at entrance level had everything you needed, easy food, water, drinks.

We love the bed mattress that’s on harder side as compared to usual hotel beds,the pillows were great too, we had really good sleep. The room and toilets were spotless, we love that our room has two toilets, one with shower hall and another with bathtub, great for family.

It was very clean and you could tell that they take very good care of the property, every little details. The both swimming pools were all clean and kept well maintained. Lift was spacious to carry the guests up and down. The beddings were very nice.

This place is great for family retreat, especially when 2-3 families move together with kids. Vivaldi Ocean World and Play Park is very close, although this Sono Village Facility is not directly connected, but up in the mountains. However, with fodo and drink, for a separate family gathering, it's perfect!

It is a lovely and clean home where I had relaxing, comfortable sleep despite it being fully booked when I stayed. Check-in was straightforward and host was responsive to messages via the app. Location is good as it is very close to the intercity bus station and within walking distance to the market.

I have lived in Korea for 20 years and this is the first pension to live up to what it offers. The interior and exterior were so clean. The garden area is so well kept. The owners are extremely helpful, friendly. To be honest went beyond. I think that the price is also very attractive. It is truly a ‘little Switzerland’ if anyone has been to Switzerland. If you want some action there are sufficient things to do and then come back to have a great barbecue in a beautiful setting. The view of the mountain is soothing. I loved the quietness of Heidi K. The property is about a 20-minute drive from the train station, but the setting more than makes up for it—especially in winter, when everything is beautifully blanketed in snow. The host is incredibly welcoming and goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay; he even drove us to the nearest market to pick up takeaways. The home itself is well maintained and wonderfully cozy, staying warm and comfortable even during peak winter when temperatures drop sharply. Our kids absolutely loved the experience, and we’re already looking forward to visiting again.
