Definitely our best accommodation in Sri Lanka. Both the room and the bathroom are super clean, comfortable, and well maintained - extra points for the high water pressure and hot water. The host was tremendous, kind, cheerful and super kind. Willing to arrange cab for us at optimum price for pickup from ambevala railway station, offered us cookies, tea and coffee as soon as we reached. Helped us with our heavy luggage and helped with us “what to do in nuwara elliya” in one day iternary. The room was top notch clean almost like a hotel and the view was emmaculate. He even offered to pick us up in his cab when we were caught in rain outside in evening and dropped us at bus stop the next morning free of charge. Tastiest and fresh breakfast was served. Can not recommend this place enough. I would definitely be going to stay for longer

Super friendly welcome!!! Those guys received us with the biggest simile ever. The accommodation were the most clean we ever saw in Sri Lanka and the newest ones. Sanjay arranged us a tuktuk from the Nanuoya train station, was always in touch with us even before we came. Then he welcomed us with some tea and ginger cookies. We liked them so much that my husband asked for more and Sanjay brought them immediately. We had a very delicious lunch there which his wife cooked for us. We also had dinner there and they asked what we would like to have. I asked a vegetable salad and my husband had kottu, everything very delicious. Even their children made sure we had a lovely time there, I was deeply touched by this hospitality. It felt like I was visiting my family. Be aware that it’s a bit cold in the evening at that area but we had a good sleep with warm blankets. There’s hot water in the shower and the bathroom itself was clean. They also recommended that we hike to the waterfall and even a cafe in Ella. He also explained us how to get to Unawatuna from Ella
