Very nice & friendly host. Made us feel at home immediately. Free coffee & tea making facilities - great to have that after traveling. Lovely location, away from the noise in Kandy city. Surrounded by greenery & peaceful environment. 10 min ride from the city but host Leslie, has arrangement with the tuk tuk drivers so it’s easy to get rides to the city & train station. And you’re comforted by the fact that they are not out to over charge you although you have to put up with their sales pitch for their tours.

This is truly charming place to stay, located in a peaceful and quiet area. The owner was very kind a helpful, recommending interesting places to visit and arranging me transfer to next destination. The accommodation itself is beautiful, newly built, has a warm wooden feel. The breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended!

This place is magical: a beautiful house immersed in a lush garden, so harmonic and peaceful despite being close to the bustling streets of Kandy. The family owning the property are a lovely bunch who go the extra mile to make you feel welcome, as well as the staff. The design is beautiful, and so is the food, tasty and delicious. I would have stayed longer if I had the opportunity! Cannot recommend this place enough.

The hotel is brand new, everything is super fresh and clean. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need for the comfortable stay. There is also great pool area with the sun beds. The water in the shower was hot and the strength of the water was really good.

This hotel was our first stop upon arriving in Sri Lanka and the perfect start to our holiday. Due to a night flight, we arrived at the extremely early hour of 6:00 AM, but even then, the staff were already awake and incredibly attentive. They gave us a very warm welcome with a fresh fruit juice and went out of their way to get our room ready so we could check in well before the official check-inn-time. Overall, it is a beautiful location, everything feels brand new, comfortable, and charming. The rooms are very spacious. There is also a particularly pleasant terrace area on both the ground floor and the first floor where breakfast is served. The host, hostess, and the bellboy are all exceptionally friendly.
