From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in an environment of luxury and warmth. The hotel itself is incredibly beautiful, with attention to detail in every corner. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the world-class service from the staff. Every team member we encountered was super polite and helpful, but two individuals truly went above and beyond: Mr. Roshan and Ms. Kaveesha. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help were evident in every interaction. They provided top-class customer service, anticipating our needs and ensuring every aspect of our visit was perfect. Ms. Kaveesha Gayathree's cheerful and kindful nature was a delight, and Mr. Roshan Hettiarachchi's courteous and efficient service was remarkable. Super Kindful they were! We enjoyed our time at the hotel so much, and a large part of that is thanks to them. The bottom line is that The Golden Crown is a gem—a super beautiful place powered by a team that treats guests like family. Amazing small residence, so nicely wooden decorated, very well equipped, It is a large house on several levels. Staff is just lovely and discret. Food is tasty, fresh and very good for value. Rooms really confortable. Swimming pool is the thing you enjoy after a long day of visits. We just liked this place, as did our daughters in their 2 floors room.

Our stay at the No63 Amy's was wonderful! The room and the living room area were so cozy and clean, we felt very comfortable here. It's calm and peaceful here, the view is amazing and you get Tea or Coffee when you arrive or also in the evening. The breakfast was amazing, very delicious and authentic and the host, Ravi, was super friendly and nice. He helped us organize a Tuktuk-driver, because the distance to Kandy City is a bit long. And the Tuktuk-driver, Sampa, was also absolutely wonderful, friendly and kind. He showed us a lot of this big and wonderful city. We would totally come back again to this lovely place!
