Very friendly and helpful staff. One afternoon, before the hotel restaurant was opened, one staff member helped us to arrange dinner from the local restaurant. Also they helped us a lot with arranging tuk-tuk and taxi to the railway station. Always reacting to our requests (dinner at the swimming pool, etc.) and ready for help

I stayed at Mirage Kandyan Hotel for one day, and it was a wonderful experience! The people there were very warm and welcoming, and the hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and offers an amazing view. The staff were extremely friendly and professional they even prepared a special Indian breakfast just for us. That personal touch made our stay even more memorable. Perfectly located away from the chaos of Kandy but still an easy 15 minute walk and uphill back. Room was spotlessly clean and the undercover outdoor communal area was fantastic. Breakfast was ideal to get you out the door with toast and egg. Very kind to drop us at the bus station for our departure. Yasundara is a bundel of local knowledge and loves sharing it. A great 4 room Homestay
