United KingdomWe loved our stay here, firstly, the staff are so friendly and helpful, from arriving to leaving they really made us feel welcome. Roy’s Villa have so many free activities to do each day and also organise all day trips you could think of whilst in Sigiriya. The place itself is really well kept, the main seating area and upstairs are comfortable and the pool area is great. The rooms are clean and comfortable with everything you could need, we couldn’t recommend Roy’s Villa enough and will definitely return.

Could see the lion rock from the room and it was very close so we were able to walk there in the morning. The staff was very friendly, welcomed us with drinks and gave us suggestions about the area, also helped with parking and luggage. Was worried about the insects as it is a tree house but it turned out to be totally fine. It was a very special and comfortable experience, the price is low too, would highly recommend this place:)

Great location in the forest environment. Rooms with all facilities and bathroom big and very clean. All beds equip with mosquito net and fans. Free parking facility and provided room for the driver. Vehicle available with experience driver for wild tour to see elephants. Great wild tour experience with reasonable rate.

The highlight of this place is the lady host: polite and kind, upon arrival she immediately offered me tea and local cakes. Decent room with mosquito nets over the bed, and a large fan. Parking on the premises. Bonus: a cute little frog in my room.

It it very comfort and exotic house, with pool. Good beds, food, fridge, parking. And most of all - home owner. He helped us with all questions, gave us breakfast, show all places and routes.

This place was amazing, the view is incredible and the room too. They had a nice bar, really helpful with my bag, tuk tuk parking, telling me where to go and how to make the trip special. Lots of people goto Sigiriya just on a day trip but I recommend staying, walking around and seeing this bit of the country was some of my favourite time in sri lanka. this place was perfect, i can't thank them enough.
Also the best Mango Lassi I had in Sri Lanka

Property is half km from the main road. Simple and decent stay. Good AC breakfast was given at extra cost but it was very tasty. Host is a housewife and took good care of us. parking space was available.

The location is awesome. Both Sigiriya and Pidurangala are seen to the 2nd floor restaurant. Foods are delicious and the staff is friendly.
The location is very calm and quite.
