The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. Our room was cleaned every day, and the water jug was refilled daily. There was also an option to borrow beach towels for a refundable deposit, which was very convenient. The restaurant was directly accessible from the reception area, and we ate there several times during our stay. We had a great experience every time and would definitely recommend it. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, so I can’t comment on that. Since we arrived after the reception had closed, we were able to access the property using a mobile app. We really liked this system, as it made the late check-in very easy. The location was also very convenient. The center of St. Julian’s was only a 10–15 minute walk away, and the nearest bus stop was about a 7-minute walk, making it easy to get anywhere on the island.

Hands down, this is the best hotel I've ever stayed at! The location, amenities, style, staff, service, and price are couldn’t be any better. One highlight was the flexibility with our schedule— we were lucky & we were able to check in early at 10 AM on our first day and storing our luggage with continued access to the hotel's amenities until 7 PM on our departure day was incredibly convenient. The staff at the hotel are warm-hearted, professional, and extremely helpful, making our stay truly memorable. The rooms are spacious, modern, clean, and comfortable. An unexpected delight was the rooftop bar, which offers stunning views and became the perfect spot to enjoy the Firework Festival. It was an amazing experience that added to our wonderful stay.
