Manuel was very accommodating and catered to our every need. The first night they were without electricity following a hurricane and so they arranged a different hotel for us to stay in. The location is away from the business of the town and surrounded by beautiful birds, it's a very relaxing and secluded place to retreat to after a morning out in the sea. We felt very comfortable and able to acclimatise here for a week before moving on to other locations in quintana roo.

Wonderful stay! The hotel is perfectly located close to both the ferry and the city center. The area feels safe, and the staff are incredibly helpful in organizing activities and experiences. The apartment was really nice and clean! Beds were comfortable - and the rooftop is the best :) The service was amazing, they helped us a lot with ordering food but also making a reservation for last minute snorkeling trip. Very nice people!

This is a gem in the middle of the concrete jungle. This hacienda is absolutely beautiful, I could stay for days just in the courtyard. The hosts arr very nice. Delicious breakfast. And I fell in love with the little cuddly kitty Maria. The location is not the best in Cozumel but there is a taxi station around the corner and with a car or a scooter it doesn’t matter.
