Amazing amenities and gorgeous views. Our family was welcomed by the friendly staff and enjoyed the stay in many ways. They have pet friendly environment, nice and well maintained grass area plus a hamacs and swings to play. Most relevant was to meet Filomeno- a friendly dunky that anyone can meet and greet if wish to.

My stay at this hotel was truly excellent, and I was very impressed with the overall experience. Everything about the hotel was extraordinary. I really liked both the food and the facilities. The meals were delicious, well-prepared, and enjoyable, and the hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. The atmosphere made my stay even more pleasant, and I felt relaxed and satisfied throughout my visit. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and my stay was memorable for all the right reasons.

Right next to Museo Morelense de Arte Contemporáneo Juan Soriano and very close to city center (10 mins walk). Incredibly sweet hosts (cheers to Carlos and his wife), and I felt safe during my stay as a solo female traveler. The hotel is actually very big, great option for big family groups.

The best thing was the people in charge of the house, they help us every time, very friendly people and talk with us all the time. Also on phone were easy to reach and help us with everything.

I read some comments before booking this villa and some said it is quite difficult to reach by car because of the road condition. Honestly I arrived by my motocycle(not an off-road, just a scooter) and it was totally fine as long as you drive slowly and carefully. It is a plus that at the back of each villa there is an individual parking lot. Some may also mention the noise problem because it is next to a highway. Well, occasionally I did hear some big trucks pass by but this didnt affect sleep, comparing with the crazy raggaeton and traffic sound in the centro, I think this noise level is acceptable. Speaking of the location, in fact it is not that far from the centro as shown on map. It took me only 15 min walk to arrive the Mercad Municipal Tepoztlan for some fresh meat and fruit. The house is very tidy and well-equipped, I was especially contented as the kitchen has more than enough plates and flatware, a nescafe machine and a fridge. What surprised me more was the hairdryer in the bathroom in second floor. To be honest, I have been to many hotels or airbnb in Mexico and this is the first one which provides hairdryer(thanks god! many Mexicans don't even know what a hairdryer is) moreover, the hot bath water arrived after a minute when you turn the tap, which made me feel relieved as in many hotels in this country you have to let the water run meaninglessly for 3-5 minutes until the hot water arrives, which is absolutely ridiculous when the government always advocate that the country is facing several water shortage problem. The illumination of the house is perfect, at the same time there are curtains at the second floor if you dont need that much sunlight. Overall, it is a lovely villa with many thoughtful designs, making my whole staying experience very comfortable and satisfactory, not to mention the owner is very attentive and her staff are helpful. I would highly recommend this villa if you are looking for a relaxing vacation in Tepoztlan.
