The staff truly made the difference; everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, from reception and breakfast staff to housekeeping and maintenance. Our room was spotless, very comfortable, with a great bed, strong air conditioning, a fridge and a lovely snack welcome. The breakfast was excellent: fresh, tasty, well presented and with a wide variety of options, always very clean and well organised. The swimming pool was clean and relaxing with nice sunbeds, and the WiFi worked perfectly everywhere. The location is ideal; within walking distance of the beach and a small centre with shops and restaurants. Overall, an amazing stay and great value for money. We would definitely come back!

The beach was so clean. The pool is amazing. The hotel itself has amazing facilities. The breakfast was on point. Highly recommend this hotel. Can’t wait to visit back.

The staff were helpful and welcoming, and you could get almost everything you need at the hostel, including but not limited to scooter rental (with a helmet) and laundry, it was very convenient.

Boasting a private beach and a large infinity pool, The Danna Langkawi - A Member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World features colonial architecture and elegantly designed units in the west coast of... The breakfast is delicious with a big variety of available food. The pool is huge and facing the beach with magnificent views! The staff are very nice and welcoming and make you feel like at home. They offer lots of amenities too.

The villa is very comfortable and clean, the host Feezi is very friendly and cooperative. Definitely an amazing option for privacy and to stay away from the crowds but still being able to enjoy Langkawi.

Very aestethically pleasing room and the whole property, really. We also appreciated free bottled water and toast in the morning, even though there was no official breakfast. Everything was clean and nice and the staff was very acommodating. As we walked around the town we could not imagine staying anywhere else. The place is right on the beach, the part that is very calm and private, you practically do not have to worry about your stuff going missing.

The owners are very special people, very warm-hearted and hospitable! Every morning Julita gave us amazing local breakfast for free which we really enjoyed! The recommendations for the warungs/restaurants/beaches were also great. The homestay is situated in a small local village in between of rice paddies and with a great view. You can experience the small village life and nature around it. Suleiman also organized for us a scooter to go around the island, which was really great! We enjoyed our chats with both of them a lot and learned about their culture and the great Malaysian hospitality! Nice, comfortable bed, enough space to put your things. Separate shower and toilet was also good. They also have a nice swimming pool at the ground floor which is always in shadow because of the terrace over it and therefore very refreshing after coming back from the beach :)

Very close to the beach, and it felt like I had my own private room, the dorm is clean, calm and has most of the things you may need, the bed and the pillow were clean and comfortable, and I liked that I had my own fan to use if I needed, all the people in charge were so helpful and kind, especially Mr. Nanda for he gave me good suggestions about where to book my ferry and bus tickets, and I liked that he and the guy in the reception asked me from time to time if I am okay and if everything is fine, because as a solo traveller you rarely hear that.
