I had a large terrace outside my room (must be real paradise on Summer). The location is perfect. It's central, with lots of stores next door, the neighbourhood is 100% safe. The stairs are very steep and narrow, but there's a luggage elevator in the building, so having even a large suitcase is not a problem at all.
