Location is beautiful, in fact the whole island is stunning. The whole property is done to the highest specification and attention to detail, very clean, very comfortable and warm. The communal spirit is at the essence there, you meet travellers from all walks of life. The property owner, Oliver, is a well travelled, very knowledgeable and passionate man and to meet him was a great pleasure. We would definitely stay there again

The buses were regular and the supermarket was nearby. The staff were in regular email contact and the facilities were good. The space was big but cosy. There were reindeer outside and the snow was pretty. The views on the lake were stunning. We will be back.

Everything! The house was equipped with everything than one would possibly need, not to mention the cozy living room with the fireplace. The highlight of the house is the location on the banks of the fjord which offers the most beautiful views (added bonus would be the view of the northern lights from the windows). Trine was extremely helpful in giving us tips of what we could do. She was very active in responding to messages and answering our queries. While we stayed at her property during peak winter, she and her husband helped us even take our car out when it was stuck in snow

Located on the waterfront, this property is situated in Ersfjordbotn in the Troms Region. Tromsø city centre is 21 km away. the apartment is very comfortable and clean.

Yggdrasil Farmhotel Retreat, Spa & Yoga is located on Kvaløya island, 50-minutes drive from central Tromsø. Free WiFi access is available at the farm. Hands down one of our favourite places in Norway. You pay for what you get - and this place delivers on everything that’s promised. We could hike, see the animals and relax on the property inside and out. We wish we could have stayed longer. Breakfast was perfect, albeit there were small portions - but this eliminates waste. The rest was amazing!

This is a very roomy and comfortable recently renovated apartment. Great value for Norway. From here there is a cycle path all the way to Tromso.

Clean modern property in peaceful area, easy to drive North a few km to get to a good dark parking area to see aurora (cloud permitting!). Bus-stop very close if you enjoy using the bus. Comfy bed.

The apartment is spacious, enough place for 2 people. The bedroom is rather small, but there's a couch where you can sleep on well. There's a radiator in the living room (but none in the bedroom). With the -20 degrees outside, the inside of apartment was quite cold during the night because the heating was automatically decreased - but at least there were additional blankets to keep warm. The kitchen has most of the essentials, unfortunately, no coffee (which is usually considered essential when renting an apartment). Also some of the stuff (like pan or oven) were quite dirty (burnt food which was not cleaned properly), but plates, glasses etc were ok. There's also a washing machine in the bathroom and it also has heated floor, so in winter it was really nice. And the snowy views from the window were definitely awesome.
