The room are very well decorated and very large. Incredible view of the mountains! The owner and staff are absolutely amazing people! They are so attentive. My flight got canceled and wanted to stay near the airport. We also ran out of money because we were suppose to go back home and there are no ATM nearby. I explained the situation to them and said we would take the public bus back to the airport and they said they would take us back to the airport. They even walked us to the restaurant so we wouldn’t walk alone at night. Breakfast was also amazing. ii can’t describe in words how incredible everyone was to us and how clean and big the rooms are. I highly recommend staying here if you need to be near the airport or want to explore the area.

Lo que más nos gustó fue el espacio en sí, en medio de la naturaleza, tranquilo, cuidado y muy acogedor, ideal para desconectar. La calidez y el trato de Jessica, Kishor y Pia hicieron que nos sintiéramos en casa desde el primer momento. Además, enterarnos de la noble causa del rescate y albergue de perros que apoyan nos conmovió muchísimo y fue un plus enorme que nos hace querer volver, sí o sí.

From the moment I arrived, he made me feel welcome and at home. The facilities are excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The shower had reliably hot water (a big plus!), and both breakfast and dinner were delicious and satisfying every day. You can feel the care and love Ricky puts into everything he does. His two friendly dogs and super cuddly cat made the place feel even more like home. I can’t recommend staying here enough—thank you for everything, Ricky!

B&B Mama Pilli Huaraz está ubicado en Huaraz. El hospedaje es para no fumadores y está establecido a 1.9 km de Estadio Rosas Pampa. Luz and the team made the stay perfect for us. Being a large group flying in from different countries at different times, they were very accommodating to our needs. We felt very well taken care of - we will definitely be back there.

Caraz is a perfect location for spending longer time and visiting the Huascaran National Park. It is a quiet town with friendly people. The lagunas and the wonderful hiking routes of the National Park are nearer than to Huaraz. Dina's and Lorenzo's house provides an excellent base for these tours. The house is modern with new furnitures, with all the comfort you might need to have a rest after a long day in the mountains. You can prepare your food any time in the kitchen. You can even use the washing machine. The terrace of the house provides gorgeous views of the snow capped mountains. Everything is immaculately clean and works perfectly. There is hot water in the bathroom, wifi in the whole house. Last but not least I would like to say thanks to the host couple for all the help and kindness they provided during my one week stay at their house. I arrived early morning the first day and Dina went to the bakery and prepared a quick breakfast. I could get my room as well. They were availabe any time of the day face to face or over the phone to give any advice, help or just for a quick chat. They honestly wanted to know how they could make my stay better. They offered tours of travel agencies to join for hiking or visiting different lagunas since it is very complicated to get otherwise to any hiking route in the national park or visit any hidden mountain villages or towns. The price is favourable and you do not travel so much to a lot of tours since you stay in Caraz. Dina was following all the time whether everything happens as promised during these tours. If you visit this area I can only suggest to stay at Menacho's house and you will be a family member with the best travel experiences of your life.
