The house met all expectations and was truly a place to relax and enjoy nature. The hosts were very kind and gave me a feeling of being welcomed. I can totally see myself coming back and staying for longer.

Carlos and Maribel gave us all the information we needed about tours, the lake, and the Uros community.

They were super kind and what they have build on their island is amazing. The typical boat tour was super interesting and de textile workshop was interesting, but a little expensive for what it contains. The food Elsa cooked was amazing and delicious. The room was better than expected. The view is great and the beds are comfortable.

Our stay at Alejandra’s was just amazing, we booked for one night and ended up staying there two more days! The food was homemade and fresh from their garden, Alejandra’s family is very sweet and warm welcoming.

This hotel is authentic, our triple room had flair and was overlooking the yard. The couple taking care of us was very warm and accommodating, especially with the meals, as it was one vegetarian person in the family. We stood 3 nights and enjoyed it very much. The food was every day different and plenty. The price for the meals is different, it depends if it is vegetarian, it contains cheese, or fish or meat. Lake Titicaca is a flight of stairs away an there is a nice beach and clear water to take a dip (water temperature 10-12 degree). There are nice walks on the hills nearby to viewpoints and small ruins.
