The location, the view and the restaurant is great. The rooms are clean and the AC is good. Breakfast is tasty. But the most important thing is that despite the bad weather we had, they helped us a lot, without the great staff, we would have stuck on the island because it wasn’t easy to find out which ferries were cancelled and which ones are not. They were informing us about all the details, and when the weather became better, they arranged us activities. Richard, the owner is awesome, he put a great team together. You feel like you are their most important guest, even when they are fully booked. This is not just a hotel, this is a resort when they are really there for you. Thank you everyone!! The team was impressive, cheerful, and friendly. Excellent caring service. Excellent food and drinks to enjoy between dives. Excellent dive shop, professional dive masters/instructors that took good care of us. Good and well-maintained dive equipment. The dive boat crew was good and caring too. Though we couldn't go to Verde Island due to the weather, they arranged a one-on-one dive at the Canyons, which was the most remarkable dive there for us. Obviously, sitting around good dive sites also contributed to our enjoyable experience in this resort. Room was well-equipped, clean, and spacious. Life was easy during our stay.

This place offers great value for the price. It’s well located, close to Puerto Galera, and although it’s near the road, it’s surprisingly quiet at night, and traffic didn’t bother me. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with working (though a bit loud) air conditioning, comfy beds, hot water, toiletries, toilet paper, a kettle, drinking water, and good Wi-Fi. There’s also a great restaurant at the entrance where you can have breakfast and enjoy solid meals between 9am and 9pm. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. The bed is pretty comfortable with multiple pillows. The place is also clean (though a little run down, here and there).

- astonishing view from our bedroom and restaurant over the Isla Verde Passage - extremely calm (no roosters, no barking dogs at night) :) - clean and fresh air (600m above sea level) - very clean bedroom with aircon, ventilator and modern shower - Billiard available in common area - always approachable and lovely staff, who can organise everything for you at very reasonable prices - initially steep road but easing shortly after and very well doable with a normal scooter (almost no traffic at all)

I like how the staffs are accommodating. The room is clean and the overall ambiance of the place is relaxed and quiet. There are also resident pets that are friendly.

Burj Calapan is offering accommodation in Calapan. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the aparthotel free of charge. Guests can enjoy mountain views.

An urgent trip to Calapan, but our usual hotel's booked. Saved by this pretty aparthotel named BURJ that we found by accident. Loved all the modern wood furniture. It's tastefully decorated, has a proper workstation, a kitchen even; good wifi and the owners are super-nice. Roadside but the soundproofing's superb; you hear nothing from outside. Aircon'ed, with hot water. They have multiple units. Parking's available. Wonderful stay for just around P2k nightly. Highly recommend. ❤️
