This resort is an oasis far superior to other lodgings I saw in the area. I was able to stay on the ground floor, which was necessary for me due to a back injury. Ver picked us up from Calapan port in his car because we couldn't get a boat to Balatero port and it was such a relief after a long 3 hour boat ride from Batangas to Calapan. Ver is probably the friendliest po I've ever met. His vibe, the way he talks exudes friendliness. I liked the location as well. It's just well situated in the middle of the hill, no tourists which is good but keep in mind that you'll need earplugs since there's a lot of noise from dogs barking, roosters going crazy at 4am in the morning, etc. Had an excellent stay at Ver's place. I highly recommend his place!

We had such a lovely experience during our stay! The staff were warm, friendly, and very accommodating from start to finish. Our room was spacious at 60 sqm, spotless, and offered a stunning view of the beach—definitely a highlight for us. While enjoying the beach, one staff member kindly approached us and offered snorkeling goggles, and their lifeguard stayed nearby to watch over us due to the big waves. We truly appreciated the extra care and attention to our safety.

They have lots of lovely animals and the hotel is in a great location for diving with Reef Haven - just a 5 min walk down the road.
