Everything was just great, starting from the airport pickup provided by the hotel (small surcharge was required), all the way to check out. The rooms are sparkling clean, all the refreshments are renewed everyday, they even put a little sweet cookie and it was a different one every day! That was adorable and a very nice touch by them. The staff is absolutely amazing, everyone and I mean everyone was super nice, welcoming and attentive. They knew what I needed even before I knew it. To top things off, the rooftop! Amazing sunset views with some cocktails/beers in a happy our, what could a person need more? Thank you for an incredible time, hope to come back in the future.

Loved the staff and location. Lio beach is one of the better beaches in El Nido and not in the main section where’s it’s a bit more touristy however I’d say it’s in the nicest area and still close to the airport, lovely restaurants/cafe. The rooms were also spacious and kitted out with the best interiors AND includes a Dyson hairdryer. Very lux and great service. The staff were lovely and so respectful and positive.

Jerome is one of the kindest hosts we’ve ever come across. He was helpful, attentive and always greeted us with a smile. He also allowed us to leave our luggage at the property whilst we travelled elsewhere on the island - which was a massive weight off our shoulders (pun intended). The accomodation is very secure and on a quiet street. They also have a lovely courtyard where you can have your morning coffee, courtesy of the owners.

You can not find 5star facilities, but during night we were lulled to sleep by the sound of the tide and waves which is much pretty for us. Bungalow is small but beds are perfect. All is done in nature-friendly style. Jason helped us a lot with boat tours to the Black island and dugong watching as well as with transfers. Just a few meters from bungalow and you are in a boat racing towards the charming dugongs. Strongly recommend!
