Cute pensionhouse type space. Smallish room but comfortable and modern. We were only one night but they arranged to pick us up at the airport, and we had the warmest courteous welcome by staff and owners. They helped us arranger transport the next day and even got up early (5:30am) to prepare us some food.

Our stay at H Hotel was amazing. We had a clean, well-appointed and very comfortable room with modern amenities and a filtered water station on our floor, meaning we could avoid continually buying bottled water and just fill our own water bottles, which we really appreciated. The biggest highlight of our stay was the staff - everyone at H is fantastic from the airport greeting staff to the drivers and cleaners. Special mention to the incredible Sky, who was so energetic and friendly and full of recommendations and advice about the best way to organise our El Nido tour experiences. It was particularly helped that he had done a lot of the tours himself and could show us his own photos and share his own ideas about what we might like. He frequently checked in on how our stay was going, spent lots of time with us coordinating our activities, and was very responsive via the WhatsApp when we had questions. He deserves a raise, as does everyone here - they work so hard and so well to make sure guests have a great time! The rooftop bar and on-site restaurant are also both friendly, fresh and great value. This is a wonderful hotel, thanks so much for a brilliant stay!

Flying into El Nido airport it cost 300 pesos to take a TUK TUK taxi to property. BIG ROOM, Great A/C and just a few minutes walk to the "Seaside INN" where you basically have to meet up to do any of the ISLAND TOURS ( I did Tour A = Big Lagoon, Secret Lagoon, Seven Commando Beach etc) but this property and staff was EXCELLENT. Probably the best place to stay in El Nido town. If you exit the hotel turn left....go down to the main road....turn right....and a few minutes up the street is PRINCE which is the local area super market to find cheap drinks, chips etc if in town for a few days.

The environment they create is super calm and they bring you coffee when you wake up. Total home from home and we will definitely return.
