The staff was so so nice Sydney worked there and could have kor done enough for us the reception staff where so helpful to us and very very obliging rooms where beautiful so clean and spacious and beds very comfortable location of hotel was perfect just a cheap taxi ride to see the Lisbon sights rooftop pool delightful would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again 🥰

Breakfast very good( no bananas!),The reception staff were all helpful,polite and efficient. Helped with sightseeing,transport and tips about food and drink. Especially Mr Joao ans Mr Martins. Changed room for a bigger,better one withut extra cost. Excellent location.

Excellent location- you can have a nice 20- minute walk to the historic centre of Sintra ; also, the house is only 10 minutes far from Portela station , which is very convenient to get to Rossio station in the heart of Lisbon. Our room and bathroom were sparkling clean and the whole house was tastefully furnished. The infrastructure of the neighbourhood is well developed- there are several restaurants, a market- Mercado Estefania, a small well stocked supermarket and a pharmacy.

The apartment was very locally situated and we had breakfast everymorning in a neighborhood café and at restaurant Fellini and there was a mini mart 3 minuets away which had everything we needed, even a charger.
