An enchanting immense property, full of plants, trees, flowers, ... a huge swimming pool, tennis court, fountain, safe parking space. The staff was extremely nice everywhere. Our room was relatively large - I peaked around and some were slightly different. We are planning to go back.

I loved the cleaning staff. Very helpful and kind. All requests were mer with an immediate response. Parking attendants were amazing and extremely helpful. Kitchen was NOT properly equipped. 1glass 1wine glass etc.

I have stayed here several times and it is my go-to hotel in Asuncion. Staff are outstanding, helpful and always someone on the desk who can help me in English. Room service can be ordered on whatsapp which helps me translate to spanish. New and modern hotel with great rootop pool and bar. Underground free parking. I really enjoy this place and I keep coming back.

The pool was ok to cool down. Location was ok a couple of places eat 5 minutes walk and a supermarket as well near by. Excellent secure parking.

Norma and Blanca went above and beyond to be helpful about what to do in town or to meet any needs. A pleasure to meet them. Norma offers her house and garden (with pool) for guests in a prime area of Asunción. Breakfast is offered. Parking was also offered within the walled space around the back (with control for gate). Thanks and hope to return some day.

Centrally located, nice choices for breakfast, good value for money, clean, available parking outside the hotel and very friendly personnel.

It's an old hotel, looks old, however it has an excellent location, the bathroom was fantastic, clean and with all the accessories. The bed was ok, good air conditioning, the wifi was good (not excellent, just good). The parking is crossing the street, I was on a motor bike and no problem to leave it there. They have a fridge on the room with water, coke, and candies at good price. The breakfast it was really great. The coffee was fantastic.

Very clean - friendly staff - reasonable distance to airport. Good parking facility!

This is kind of a hostel for Grown ups. The owner and her staff are kind and considerate. The house has common spaces for you to use and enjoy. For example, garden, patios, barbeque area and fully equipped kitchen. The design is very cute and the attention to detail such a nice touch. We had a double room with shared bathroom. Everything was fabulously clean and comfortable. The rooms have a bar fridge, Aircon, smart TV with Netflix, Prime etc loaded. There is secure parking for vehicles. Small shops and local eatery's nearby.
